Duration depends on case complexity: 4 to 6 months for a simple case and up to 18 months for more significant corrections. Each treatment plan includes a personalized estimate that you can present to the patient at the first consultation.

Yes, refinement aligners are included in the initial package at no extra charge. If the final result requires minor adjustments after the main series, we provide the refinements needed to reach the goals defined in the approved treatment plan.

Create your practitioner account on the platform, then submit digital or physical impressions together with patient photos and radiographs. Our clinical team generates a 3D treatment plan within 5 business days for online approval before manufacturing.

After treatment plan approval, manufacturing and delivery take between 10 and 15 business days. You receive real-time shipping tracking and an email notification at each production stage.

Requests to modify the 3D plan are handled at no charge as long as the aligners have not entered production. After approval, any clinically justified adjustment is reviewed case by case by our team with a 48-hour response time.

Your dedicated clinical team can be reached through direct messaging on the platform, by email, or by phone from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. For clinical emergencies, a priority line is available on business days with a guaranteed response within 2 hours.

As soon as you sign up, a lead RealSmile orthodontist is assigned to you. They follow your activity, answer your clinical questions, and can organize case-review video sessions on request.

All online training - video modules, monthly webinars, and clinical guides - is included at no additional cost for active RealSmile practitioners. Hands-on in-person workshops are also organized each quarter in several French cities.
